Our Vision: From Resignation to Active Co-Creation<\/span><\/p>

How we want to change the status quo<\/span><\/span><\/p>

More and more people feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of global developments and crises.
Resignation, hopelessness and fear of the future are understandably very present and affect our quality of life, our imagination and our ability to act.<\/span><\/p>

We would like to change that!<\/span><\/p>

Our vision is a social, just and life-sustaining future for all. Based on collaboration and community, where all are valued in their uniqueness, where work brings meaning and joy again, where there is time and space for regeneration, exploration and creativity.<\/span><\/p>

Sounds utopian? Perhaps it is. But it gives us a direction on how we can live every day in small ways what we want to see in the world on a larger scale.<\/span><\/p>

We cannot predict or control the future, but we can start to co-create it today.<\/span><\/p>

We have identified three processes that help to reconnect to the creative flow of inspiration and design. Based on these, we have developed the so-called REC Model of Transformation: <\/span><\/span><\/p>

Transformation starts with reconnecting to ourselves:<\/span><\/p>

I. RECONNECT: Awareness and Insight<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u201cUntil you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate<\/em>.“ – <\/span>C.G. Jung<\/span><\/p>

We need to create the space and time to look inside, to re-connect in order to regenerate, see clearly and be able to effectively move forward. Without this insight and awareness, we will be driven by unconscious thoughts, beliefs, feelings and biases.<\/span><\/p>

\"And how can we truly know ourselves unless we get still enough to listen to just ourselves? Unless we give ourselves the time and space to tune in.\" - <\/span><\/em>\u00a0Shayne Traviss<\/span><\/p>

Gnosis comes from the ancient Greek word \u03b3\u03bd\u1ff6\u03c3\u03b9\u03c2 gn\u014d\u0302sis, (knowledge, insight), thus re-gnosis means back to insight and inner knowledge.<\/span><\/p>

Training this space of awareness opens up unimagined possibilities.<\/span><\/p>

II. EXPLORE: Authentic Growth<\/span><\/span><\/p>

This inner freedom makes authentic growth possible. Our perspective on life and our attitude change: There is a shift toward the so called Growth Mindset<\/a><\/span>. We become inspired to learn, our trust in life itself grows.<\/span><\/p>

In this way, we can deliberately shape our own evolution.<\/span><\/p>

III. CO-CREATE: Co-create the Future<\/span><\/span><\/p>

And outer transformation follows inner transformation. If we are aware of what we really want and believe that it is possible, we will align our actions with it and can thus actively co-create the future we imagine.<\/span><\/p>

COMMUNITY: The Power of Synergies<\/u><\/span><\/p>

\"There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.\" \u2013 <\/span>Margaret J. Wheatley<\/span><\/p>

The inner resources, clarity and insights we have developed broaden our perspective and allow us to see the bigger picture. This, of course, includes the suffering in the world. But instead of being overwhelmed by it, we now also see opportunities to create a more social, just and life-sustaining world for all.
This basically corresponds to the difference between empathic distress and empathic concern. With the latter, we empathize but at the same time have sufficient resources to remain capable of action and really help.<\/span><\/p>

For sustainable change we need a community that supports us, holds us and sustains us.<\/span><\/p>

Our world consists of networks, systems and connections.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cA human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.\u201d (Albert Einstein)<\/span><\/p>

When we see and experience our interconnected reality, the only way that makes sense is working together to co-create a future where everyone belongs.<\/span><\/p>

We cannot realize this vision of a future worth living for all alone and need every single one of you! Therefore, we are happy about cooperation, collaboration and support and provide spaces, knowledge, experience and tools for it!<\/span><\/p>
