3. Juli 2023 @ 17:30 19:00 CEST

Creating balance in this fast-paced and demanding world is now more important than ever. What if we told you that to find balance, you need to pay more attention to how you feel? The problem is that it’s easy to get distracted from our emotions, missing the chance to understand them. No one likes to feel sad, scared, or anxious, so we often distract ourselves with food, scrolling, overworking, or anything that helps us forget how we feel. The truth is, we’re all tempted to avoid our emotions for various reasons, but the more we try, the more we suffer. Fighting our emotions can make us feel broken, unworthy, or not good enough. The key to navigating uncomfortable emotions is having the tools to welcome and regulate them.

This workshop is for you if:
 Your tend to distract yourself with food, scrolling on your phone, overwork..
 Your emotions are controlling you.
 You experience „meltdowns.“
 You want to hear about others‘ experiences.
 You want more tools to navigate your emotions.

In this workshop, you will:
 Learn about emotions from a psychophysiological and evolutionary perspective.
 Gain tools to identify and become more aware of your emotional state.
 Understand how to befriend your emotions.
 Begin developing a healthier relationship with yourself.

What to expect: The event will take place at 17:30 on July 3rd, 2023, on Zoom. People from different nationalities will join, so the event will be conducted in English. The workshop will end at 19:00, and active participation is encouraged.
