This is an open invitation to all who wish to expand their capacity for compassion and deep listening and feel the healing power of community.
The structure is based on the Safe Space For Dialogue:
We always start the circle with a guided heart-based meditation practice.
Each person then has the opportunity to share an emotional situation with the group and receive an act of listening, a summary from one participant. The other participants can complete the picture and share an emotion or a metaphor that emerged during the act of listening.
