In this team workshop, participants will learn how to work effectively as a team to achieve the best results. Participants will be guided through various communication and collaboration techniques that will help them improve teamwork. The goal is to increase team member ownership, create synergy and establish a culture of collaboration.

Reducing and gender norms - whether consciously or unconsciously - hold women back in the workplace. They make it difficult for women to be hired and promoted, and have a negative impact on their daily work and health. This makes it difficult for companies to create a level playing field and to select or promote the best person for a position. The goal of this workshop is to identify and overcome limiting gender norms so that women can live and contribute to their full potential.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Reducing Prejudice and Promoting Inclusion

This program is about diversity and promoting inclusion in the company. Participants learn how reducing and stereotyping occurs and how to overcome it. They will be guided to identify their own stereotypes and biases in order to create a more inclusive work environment. The goal of the workshop is to create a work culture where everyone can succeed regardless of gender, ethnicity, or background and where all employees feel equally valued and respected and can perform.
