DAILY EXERCISES & WEEKLY FOCUS
15 minutes/day of app-guided exercise will allow you to build mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are customized to your type of self-sabotage.
Weekly one-hour videos provide a deep exploration of the week's focus. They will inspire you to practice during the week and learn more on the weekend.
You'll feel motivated by the instant feedback on your progress in building the 3 major muscles of mental fitness. Reconnection of the brain can be seen in MRI scans within 8 weeks.
Research has shown that social support is a critical success factor in establishing lasting new positive thinking habits. Therefore, in addition to the app program, Re-gnosis offers group coaching support. We meet 8 times in a small group (max. 5 people) to discuss our practice and goals, and we also provide support between sessions.
Dates: 8 sessions, each on Tuesday at 8 pm CET in the period from January 31 and March 19 (time can be changed). These sessions take place online.
